Why a Workshop on Qualities of Leadership?

While successful organizations have strong leaders at every level, there is a growing need to develop a strong and deep "bench" of leaders who operate with consistent and effective leadership skills. The Qualities of a Leadership Workshop focuses on leadership values, principles, and characteristics common in successful leaders. Participants will have the opportunity to examine various examples of effective leaders, then take a close look at their own leadership qualities, and learn how to develop result based leadership qualities. This workshop is a hands-on, experiential, and reflective learning journey.

How the Workshop is Offered

The Qualities of Leadership Workshop can be delivered in a one or two day format. This workshop can be led by an experienced CMOE facilitator at a location of your choice. We also offer Train-the-Trainer services where we provide the skills and knowledge for others to deliver The Qualities of Leadership learning experience.
